Blue and Black GEN V GTS’s with Vossen Wheels…

I was filtering through all of the new Viper pics on Flickr, when I came across this great new GEN V pic. It’s a studio pic that I had never seen before. I knew it’d make for a good base on a Photoshop. I really liked the wheels I added to the silver GEN V (a few posts down), so I decided to add them to this PS as well. They really fit the car. Although the Stryker Red has really grown on me, I’d still like to see more pics of different colors. Yes, I know, there have been GEN V mules running around in black, yellow, blue, white and red, but I changed this blue a tad. 99.999999% of the time I lower a Viper, as they have that dreaded 4×4 wheel-gap, so this car got the “go-low” treatment.

Edit: I’ve added a black version. More colors to come!

Thanks to Steven Pham Photography for the great pic.

My version of the GEN V Viper ACR…

This is just my first rendition of the GEN V Viper ACR. I’ve added front, rear and wing pieces from the GEN V ALMS race car; scaled to street. I also added some GEN IV ACR wheels and a custom ACR decal down the side for a little something different. Fingers crossed, here is to hoping the new GEN V ACR is as aggressive and intimidating looking as the previous GEN IV ACR.

Black GEN V Viper + black D2 Forged Wheels = AGGRESSIVE!

This car started out painted in Stryker Red. Looking to give the new GEN V a more aggressive appeal, I decided to change the color to black. Going with the black theme, I chose to add some all black D2 Forged Wheels. The lip on the rear wheel wasn’t deep enough for my liking, so I brought the center of the wheel in a little to give it more depth. I’ve also lowered the car and pushed the wheels/tires out a tad past flush to add to the aggressive look I was going for. The new stance really fits this car. This is one of my favorite renderings as of late.
